Este breve eLearning le ayuda a prepararse para el examen, y sólo está disponible para aquellos que han tomado un curso presencial. El examen consiste en cuarenta (40) preguntas de selección múltiple y tiene una duración de sesenta (60) minutos. Para aprobar el examen y obtener la certificación ITIL® Foundation, el alumno debe responder correctamente un mínimo de veintiséis (26) preguntas equivalentes al 65%. Una vez aprobado el examen de ITIL Foundation, el candidato recibirá un certificado con la designación asociada. No olvide leer la guía del estudiante que se proporciona durante el curso.

La certificación de ITIL 4 Foundation es un requisito previo para alcanzar las certificaciones de nivel superior de ITIL 4, y evalúa la capacidad del candidato para comprender cuáles son las partes relevantes que debe aplicar y adoptar dentro del contexto de ITIL como marco de trabajo.
