Overview
This brief eLearning helps you preparing for the exam, and it is only available for those that have taken a live classroom course with us. The exam consists of forty (40) multiple-selection questions and has a duration of sixty (60) minutes. To pass the exam and achieve the ITIL® Foundation certification, the learner must answer a minimum of twenty-six (26) questions correctly equivalent to 65%. Upon successful passing of the ITIL Foundation exam, the candidate will be recognized with 2 credits in the ITIL 4 qualification scheme. Do not forget to read the student workbook provided during the course.
The ITIL 4 Foundation qualification is a prerequisite for the ITIL 4 higher level qualifications, which assess the candidate’s ability to apply their understanding of the relevant parts of the ITIL framework in context.
